This is a remarkable vintage 80s military tartan plaid pants suit from Donna Karan. Figure flattering, double breasted military redingotte with rounded hems, black velvet accented collar, closing with gold logo crest buttons, cuffed pants and loads of style!
Very IN right now with the revival of the plaid pattern.

Some other features: jacket is tailored on the waist and can be worn closed up the neck for the military look, or open at neck with lapels. Both pieces are fully lined. Pants have belt loops and side pockets, very Katharine Hepburn way back when and are slightly tapered towards the cuffed hems (80s style)
COLOURS: as seen inn pictures, the fabric is called "black watch tartan" and it is a combination of black/navy? and tourmaline green. Black lining.
FABRIC: 95/5% wool and cashmere, soft on the skin, medium weight.
SIZE: marked as 12 (vintage) will fit size 10 in current sizes.
