AUTHENTIC vintage French couture pink floral mini skirt made from an extraordinary fabric in a superb color combination, handmade, handpainted, lightweight, quilted from 100% silk.
Made in Italy for

STYLE: short mini skirt with a slight A-line shape, side slits with rounded hems and side bows at slits. The hand stitched quilting shows a metallic thread.
FABRIC: it is a 100% silk crepe. No fabric content tag but a detailed and specific dry cleaning and care instructions tag is present as this is a couture hand painted fabric.
The fabric is 2 ply, with silk batting in between, both outer layer and lining are silk crepe. The waistband is lined with millinery ribbon in deep pink, side zipper and gold button with painted rose intaglio. Intricate detail, like the entire piece.
COLORS: the fabric is painted in degradee or ombre of raspberry, from the very pale to medium dark pink, with splashes of purple/mauve and lime green, with deep metallic accents on the flowers. Aside from all these details, the quilting is done by hand in a flower pattern. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING FABRIC!
MARKED AS SIZE 6, but it is a vintage garment, therefore, please check measurements carefully, it is NOT a 6 but a size 2 at best.
