Gorgeous 50s swing meets the 80s Avant Garde and utterly feminine, this is a long ballgown, dance, party or formal evening dress in size 4, new old stock.
Created from exceptional fabrics, the quality of this dress matches its charm!
Upper body is a very fitted black silk velvet corset like halter, closing at side of neck with faceted jet black buttons, very low back with mid back insert. Fully lined in black satin, with a wide silk velvet covered belt.
The skirt is a wide circle tea length pale pink taffetas with burnt velvet polkadots and a built in tulle crinoline with tiers (see pic 4)

AGE: estimated late 80s. It however emulates the swing ample skirt dresses of the 50s....with a more modern twist.
Size: marked as 4, for a waist of 32-33", waist or 25" and it is 54" long
Condition: it looks like it has never been worn, no signs of wear, no fading, intact and ready to wear!
Superb long dress, it will float around your knees emphasizing your narrow waist, as you dance your way into the sunset:)
