Danielle's Online Vintage offers a unique selection, the store does not carry repeat merchandise or stock of one type or item, therefore, once an item is sold, there will be no duplicate or replacement. Buy/reserve as soon as something catches your eye. Rest assured at all times that ALL my items displayed and offered meet with high standard of quality and condition. My customers deserve the best.
HOW TO BUY, Reserve or Layaway

Browse through the inventory expanded daily, choose your item or items and add them to your shopping cart. You can continue browsing and when done shopping, you can proceed to checkout. The checkout system is accurate, safe, SSL certified and also offers the convenience of applying your savings coupons and codes on the checkout page.
RESERVES and/or LAYAWAYS are complimentary services available for purchases of or over $200. Purchases with Layaway are also final sales and do not qualify for store credit returns.
RESERVE your item for a maximum of 3 days without security deposit. Contact me for details.
LAYAWAY your item(s)of or over $200 for a period of 10,20 or 30 days. Deposit of min $50 is required to initiate your Layaway contract.
Deposit to be paid through Paypal, direct bank transfer or Email Money Transfer (for Canadian Buyers only).
Pay the balance within the required time, in installments or in full at the end of the layaway period.
During the (pre-) Christmas period we only offer a maximum 10 days layaway.

Personal checks and Email Money Transfers (for Canadian Buyers) are also accepted. Please email me for arrangements. Your check/payment must be received within 7 days or the reserve/transaction will be voided. Purchase will be shipped after the check cleared.
PAY IN PERSON Danielle's Online Vintage conducts business exclusively online, since we are a small family business and not a physical store. However, we offer courtesy pick-up for Buyers in the Ottawa and the immediate surroundings area by appointment for larger or more expensive items or purchases, valuables, art, antiques and jewelry. We prefer to ship registered mail, with tracking number and confirmation of receipt, so that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.
SHIPPING within CANADA
Locally , your item is shipped Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel with tracking and confirmation of receipt, within 24 hours after payment processing and confirmation. Local delivery by Canada Post usually within 24-48 hours. Unforeseen delays may occur (weekends, statutory holidays, winter storm, ice storm).
Nationwide , within Canada, orders are shipped Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel with tracking and confirmation of receipt, within 24 hours of payment processing. Expected delivery according to Canada Post timetables, 24-48 hours within the province 3 - 8 days to any other province in Canada. Delivery to the West coast might take 8-10 business days.
Internationally, we ship Registered, Air Mail or Regular Parcel, whichever is more cost effective and following the customer's preferences.
SHIPPING TO THE USA is included
Your purchase is shipped Air Mail Small Parcel or Light Parcel (both insured yet not tracked), Tracked Packet for items under 1kg (tracking and insurance included), Expedited Parcel (tracking and insurance-suitable for parcels of or over 1 kg/2 lb)and Xpresspost (tracked, insured, confirmation of receipt, suitable for jewellery and valuables)
Items are shipped within 24/48 hours of payment being received and confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -shipping cost is sometimes included or additional fees may apply in other cases
Items of less than 1 Kg can be shipped Air Mail at a cost effective rate and the cost is included in the published price of the item. Insurance and tracking must be purchased separately, additional fees may apply.
OVER 1 kg, cost is considerably higher but options still available with a 14-21 days Air Mail delivery.
Over 2kg, Ground Regular Parcel is recommended. It takes around or over 40 days in transit but it it is less expensive. Air Mail and Xpresspost are always available, usually at much higher rates and suitable for valuable shipments.
IMPORT TAXES and Customs Fees are NOT included in the price of purchase. The Buyer is solely responsible for any import and duty taxes and fees incurred by their purchase. Please consult in advance with your customs authorities prior to making an International purchase.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS and/or embargos sometimes occur due to local laws in countries we ship to, sometimes limiting or forbidding purchase of certain items from International sources. It is the Buyer's responsibility to make inquiries on this matter with proper authorities in their country. We ship Internationally but do not have access to ALL import rules and restrictions for all the countries we ship in. Therefore, we will not be responsible for items confiscated at customs which will not be received or returned.

RETURN for store credit POLICY
All sales in this shop are final.
Due to the unique character, rare condition and high value of our one of a kind vintage garments and accessories, no returns and refunds are accepted. Items are sold on an as is/as described basis at the moment of sale, with no implicit or manifest guarantee about how the item/product will wear or use over time.
NO unauthorized returns.
Under special circumstances, we may authorize the return of an item and offer the courtesy of STORE CREDIT only, under the following terms or individual clauses expressed:
1) Item must be shipped back within 48 hours of being received in the exact same condition as it has been received (no wear, damage, alteration, conditioning, washing, ironing, in its original box in which it has been shipped).
2)Buyer will pay for return insured shipping. Return shipping must have a tracking number and must be packed safely, marked "merchandise return" and include original box/jewellery box/cleaning supplies the Seller shipped with the item, if the case. Items shipped more than 48 hours after receipt and in a different condition will not be accepted for store credit. In such cases, the Buyer remains responsible for recovering the item returned without authorization and proof of shipping.
3) STORE CREDIT will be offered for the cost of the item LESS the original shipping and handling cost which was included in the original purchase. A restocking fee between 15-35% will be deducted from the original cost of the item if the item is no longer in the same condition in which it has been shipped.
4) Store Credit is valid for an entire calendar year from the date of the original purchase and may be used in conjunction with other applicable coupons and periodic sales.
